View your NHS document

You can only use this screen from the MJog Messenger Application or from the link in a SMS message from your GP on your mobile device. First use that to view your document and then operate the Hamburger menu (top left) and tap desktop browser option. Then align this barcode in the window displayed on your phone. The code will be recognised automatically - there's no need to click the shutter button.

Your letter can be displayed, printed, downloaded forwarded etc. using the on-screen PDF viewer. The on-screen viewer will not automatically save the document - you'll need to select the download option to save it locally. If you're viewing this document on a shared computer, please be cautious if you choose to download the document - a local copy will be stored in the Downloads folder.
